About
Welcome!
Founder & Clinical Director
I began my career as a Physician Associate in Cardiac Surgery and Neurosurgery, which gave me deep insight into the unique pressures medical professionals face.
That background shapes how I work today as a therapist, understanding the intensity, the moral weight, and the toll that modern life and careers can take on individuals and relationships.
I work best with intellectually curious people who are ready to do depth work and explore what matters most. My approach is warm, direct, and supportive. It draws on attachment theory and psychodynamic and Jungian thought. I utilize tools such as Circle of Security, AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Brainspotting, and Motivational Interviewing.
Having trained at the Ainsworth Attachment Clinic, my lens is decidedly relational and attachment focused. I believe that all of our patterns, adaptive and maladaptive alike, come from the original intersubjective field. It is by turning our head, so to speak, toward that fact that we can understand and unravel the patterns that no longer work for us.
My practice offers a free fifteen-minute phone or Zoom consultation to explore whether we’d be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sessions move at your pace. Nothing gets forced, and nothing on your mind is off the table. I draw on relational, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches, adapted to what you actually need rather than to a fixed protocol.
Clients of every background, body, faith, and orientation are welcome. The practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and works with young adults through elders, couples, and people carrying the weight of caregiving professions.
